Heard Sri Diwakar Shukla, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.710 of 2021, under Sections 366, 376, 328, 342 I.P.C., Police Station- Kotwali, District- Fatehpur, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about four days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The victim is major aged about 18 years and 04 months. The statement of the victim recorded U/s 164 Cr.P.C. is vague and self-contradictory. The consent of the victim can be drawn from the fact that she had gone with the applicant by bus from Fatehpur to Kanpur and had not raised any alarm whatsoever.
