This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicants, Faisal and Asif, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 29 of 2025, under Sections 3/5A/5B/8 of U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act and Section 11 of Prevention of Cruelty of Animals Act, 1960, Police Station Alinagar, District Chandauli. Learned counsel for the applicants argued that the accused- applicants are innocent. They have been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and are languishing in jail since 28.1.2025. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that as per recovery shown from the prosecution, six cow and two calf were recovered. There is no recovery of meat. At the time of recovery, no independen
