Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 391 of 2024, under Sections 9(G)/10 of POCSO Act, Police Station - Nawabganj, District - Bareilly, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant was enlarged on bail by this Court vide order dated 4.3.2025 & 12.3.2025, respectively passed in C.M.B.A. No.41976 of 2024 u/s 126(2), 115(2), 351(2), 351(3), 352, 65(1) of BNS and Sections 4(2) & 7/8 of POCSO Act but subsequently, sections 9(G)/10 of POCSO Act have been added. 5.
