Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 0526 of 2024 under Sections 65(1), 332(2), 351(3) of B.N.S. and under Section 3, 4(2) of POCSO Act, Police Station Maudaha, District Hamirpur during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, applicant is stated to have trespassed into the house of the informant on 18.02.2025 at about 12:00 in the mid night and had committed rape with her by forcing her into a room. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
