The instant bail application has been filed on behalf of the applicant, Bhola, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 01 of 2017, under Sections 2/3 of U.P. Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities(Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station- Month, District- Mathura, pendency of trial. It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that according to the gang chart the applicant is said to have been involved in three criminal cases in which he has already been enlarged on bail by the court concerned. Apart from three cases, the applicant has criminal history of thirty more cases explained in paragraph No.7 of the affidavit in support of the bail application. He has falsely been implicated in the present case due to police rivalry.
