Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 119 of 2023 under Sections 363, 366, 376 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, Police Station Phugana, District Muzaffar Nagar during the pendency of trial. 5. As per prosecution story, the applicant along with one Sandeep is stated to have enticed away the minor daughter of the informant on 12.09.2023 at about 02:00 AM. 6. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
