This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Bablu Alias Devendra, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 405 of 2024 , under Sections 191 (2), 191 (3), 190, 109 (1), 351 (2)of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 3/25(1-B)/27 of Arms Act, Police Station Dataganj, District Budaun. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 11.12.2024. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that no specific role has been assigned to the applicant. It is an outcome of cross case. The applicant's brother has also received serious injuries
