By means of this application, the applicant, Anish @ Anisuddin, who is involved in Case Crime No. 07 of 2024, under Sections- 411, 413, 120B I.P.C. and Sections- 3/25 Arms Act, Police Station- Sector 24 NOIDA, District- Commissionerate Gautam Buddh Nagar and is in jail since 07.01.2024 is seeking enlargement on bail during the trial. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused, Shahjad, has already been enlarged on bail by this Court by order dated 28.3.2024 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 6682 of 2024. He has further submitted that since the role of the applicant is identical to that of co-accused, Shahjad, who has already been enlarged on bail, he is also entitled to be enlarged on bail on the groun
