Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.169 of 2024, under Sections 96, 137(2), 65(1), 70(1), 127(4) B.N.S. and 5G/6 POCSO Act, Police Station- Birno, District- Ghazipur, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim is a consenting party as far as co-accused person Rahul Mishra is concerned.
