Ojha, Advocate apprised the Court that he has filed his power on behalf of informant today in registry of this Court, therefore, his name could not be shown in the cause list, however, he further submits that he has ready to argue the matter. 2. Heard Sri Raj Kumar Kesari, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri V.K. Ojha, learned counsel for informant and Sri Manoj Kumar Singh, learned brief holder for the State-respondent. 3. The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 0171 of 2024, under Sections- 103(1), 352, 351(1) BNS, Police Station- Bara, District- Prayagraj, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 4. FIR of the present case was lodged against applicant and two others and according to the FIR applicant was the wife of the brother of informant and she developed illicit relationship with co- accused Ashish Kannaujiy
