Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that it is a case of circumstantial evidence and applicant was not named in the FIR but during investigation, Investigating Officer procured a footage of CCTV and in the CCTV footage, deceased was last seen alongwith one person and when applicant was arrested then he confessed his guilt and disclosed his identity that in the footage, he was present alongwith the deceased. 4.
