The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No.93 of 2024, under Sections 376-D, 384, 506, 120- B I.P.C. and 5G/6, 16/17 POCSO Act, Police Station- Pinahat, District- Agra with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant alongwith co-accused persons is stated to have committed gang-rape with the minor daughter of the informant aged about 16 years on 27.6.2024. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that he has been falsely implicated in the present case.
