Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 485 of 2024, U/S 137(2), 87, 64 B.N.S., 34 POCSO Act, Police Station Sirsaganj, District Firozabad, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant, who happens to be brother-in-law of the victim, is stated to have enticed her away on 22.10.2024 at about 9.00 am. 5.
