The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No.501 of 2023, under Sections 302, 201 I.P.C., Police Station- Pilkhuwa, District- Hapur with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. This is the second bail application on behalf of the applicant. The first bail application as rejected by this Court vide order dated 14.11.2024. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that as a new ground the applicant languishing in jail since 6.10.2023 and six witnesses have already been examined and the trial is at its conclusive end. The statements of the witnesses are inconsistent to each other and their statements are self-contradictory.
