Heard Sri Anjani Kumar, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Vipin Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the informant as well as Sri Jai Kishan Chaurasia, learned State Law Officer and perused the record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 145 of 2024, under Sections 65(1), 352, 351(3) of BNS and Sections 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station - Kachhawan, District - Mirzapur, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have forcibly taken the victim to his house in the night of 04.12.2024 at about 02:00 AM and had committed rape with her. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence as alleged in the FIR. The FIR is delayed by about two days and there is no explanation
