The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 721 of 2024, under Sections 103(1), 238, 61(2) BNS, Police Station- Surajpur, District- Gautam Budh Nagar, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that on the basis of false allegation, applicant has been made accused in the present matter along with co-accused Saleem, who was even named in the FIR, and after considering the entire facts in detail co-accused Saleem has been released on bail by this Court vide order dated 21.03.2025 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 9516 of 2025
