The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 409 of 2024, under Sections 109(1), 190, 191(2), 191(3) and 103(1) BNS, Police Station- T.P. Nagar, District- Meerut, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits initially FIR of the present case was lodged against unknown persons under Sectiond 190, 191(2), 191(3) and 109 of BNS, but after the death of one of the injured Section 103 BNS has been added. It is next submitted that name of the applicant was surfaced in the present matter through the statement of two injured Jhony and Monu but even from their statements which have been annexed along with the instant bail application it could not be reflected that applicant caused any injury either to the deceased o
