The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 427 of 2024, under Sections 115(2), 352, 351(3), 109, 103(1), 117(2) & 3(5) BNS, Police Station Nakur, District Saharanpur, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 4. FIR of the present case was lodged on 14.12.2024 at 16:07 hours against the applicant and three others and according to the FIR in the intervening night of 13/14.12.2024 at about 1:30 a.m., applicant and co-accused Talib threw the mother of the informant before the tractor trolley and thereafter co-accused Kala ran over the tractor trolley over her and thereafter co-accu
