Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.291 of 2024, under Sections 64, 115(2), 127(2), 351(3) B.N.S., Police Station- Girva, District- Banda, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR is delayed by about 19 days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The victim had gone with co-accused person to the applicant and alongwith the applicant had gone to Banda and had not raised any alarm whatsoever. The allegations are per se false. 5.
