This bail application under section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 211 of 2024, under Sections 3/5A/5B/8 of the Cow Slaughter Act and section 11 of Prevention of Animal Cruelty Act read with section 325 of B.N.S., Police Station-Ali Nagar, District -Chandauli. 3.
