Prohibition of Unlawful Conversion of Religion Act, Police Station Jhinjhana, District Shamli, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim is major aged about 20 years. It is a case of consensual relationship but has been converted into rape after legal consultation.
