Learned counsel for the applicant submits, FIR of the present case was lodged against four persons (non applicant) with the allegation that named accused tried to commit the murder of the informant and they abducted his wife and children. 4. She next submits, initially FIR of the present case was lodged under Sections 140(1), 109, 352, 351(2), 351(3) B.N.S. but after recovery of dead body of the wife of the informant case was converted under Section 103(1) B.N.S. 5.
