This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Priyansu, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 41 of 2025, under Sections-109, 352, 351 (2), (4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Section 7 of Criminal Law Amendment Act and Section 3/25/27 Arms Act, Police Station- Parikshitgarh, District-Meerut. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 27.02.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that First Information Report has been lodged against four known and some unknown persons, including the applicant
