This bail application under section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 12 of 2025, under Sections 3/5A/5B/8 of the Cow Slaughter Act and section 11 of Prevention of Animal Cruelty Act, Police Station- Naugarh, District -Chandauli. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 23.02.2025. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the applicant and if something is recovered i.e. planted one. There is no independent witness of the alleged incident. There is no likelihood of his fleeing from course of justice or tampering with evide
