FIR of the present case was lodged on 10.10.2023 against applicant and one another and according to the FIR on 09.10.2023 at about 9.00 PM in the night due to the dispute arose between children of applicant side and informant side, applicant and co- accused Vikhdoo made assault upon the brother of the informant through wooden stick due to which he sustained injuries and died. 4.
