At the very outset, Sri Lalit Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant submits, due to mistake in the prayer clause of instant bail application Section 62(2)A B.N.S. has been mentioned along with other sections in place of Section 61(2)A B.N.S., therefore, he may be permitted to make necessary correction in the prayer clause of the instant bail application. He further submits, in this regard supplementary affidavit has also been filed. 3. Learned AGA is having no objection. 4.
