Heard Sri Rajesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant, Sri Sunil Kumar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.212 of 2024, under Sections 376, 452, 504, 506 I.P.C., Police Station Girwan, District Banda, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. The FIR itself is delayed by more than five and half months and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The victim is a married lady, as such, it is a clear-cut case of false implication. Learned counsel has further stated that there is no proof of having raised any alarm at the time of offence. There is no criminal history of the applicant. The applicant is languishing in jail since 03.08.2024 and he is ready to cooperate
