The instant application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 378 of 2024, under Sections 137(2), 103(1), 238, 61(2), 65(1) BNS, 3/4 POCSO Act and 3(2)V SC/ST Act, Police Station- Machhalishahar, District- Jaunpur, during pendency of the trial in the court below. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that FIR of the present case was lodged against unknown person with regard to missing of daughter of the informant aged about 15 years but after recovery of dead body of the deceased case was converted under Section 103 BNS. 4.
