The present bail application has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 15 of 2013, under Sections 4/25 of the Arms Act, Police Station Harduaganj, District Aligarh. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case crime number. The applicant is languishing in jail since 24.02.2025. In the aforesaid case the applicant was granted bail by the Court below on 26.02.2013 and after being released on bail the applicant went to Gujarat for earning of his livelihood. Thereafter on several dates he was not able to attend the Court below. The Court below has issued Non Bailable Warrant against the applicant.
