Applicant seeks bail in Sessions Case No. 1287 of 2023 arising out of Case Crime No. 109 of 2023, under Sections 363, 366, 376 of IPC and Sections 3/4 of POCSO Act, Police Station - Nayagaon, District - Etah, during the pendency of trial. 4. The FIR was instituted by the informant against unknown person regarding missing of his daughter since 16.08.2023 at about 10:00 AM. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case.
