Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 13 of 2025, under Sections 64(1), 115(2), 351(3) and 352 of BNS, Police Station - Aurai, District - Bhadohi, during the pendency of trial. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have committed rape with the victim on 18.11.2024 finding her alone on her house and kept on establishing corporeal relationship with her. The applicant is stated to have again raped her on 08.01.2025 and on raising of alarm by her, the informant is stated to have reached there. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is absolutely innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has nothing to do with the said offence as all
