This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Durgesh Gautam, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 21 of 2025, under Sections 121(1), 132, 352, 109of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 & 4/21 of Mines Act, Police Station- Dhebarua, District- Siddharth Nagar.
