Heard Sri Dilip Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Brahma Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the informant as well as Sri Rajendra Prasad Singh, learned State Law Officer and perused the record. 3. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 17 of 2016, under Sections 376D, 506 of I.P.C. and Sections 5/6 of POCSO Act, Police Station - Mahila Thana, District Muzaffar Nagar, during the pendency of trial. 4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that similarly placed co-accused person, Bhura @ Rohit, has already been enlarged on bail by another Bench of this Court vide order dated 23.05.2023 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 12104 of 2023. It is further submitted that since the case of the applicant is at par to the co-accused, who has already been enlarged on bail, he is also entitled to be enlarged on bail
