This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused- applicant, Sunil Kori @ Sarvesh, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 26 of 2025 , under Sections 317 (2), 317 (4), 317 (5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 3/25 of Arms Act, Police Station Safai, District Etawah. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused- applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 9.2.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that at the time of checking and patrolling duty the applicant was apprehended and from the joint possession of applicant and co-accused one motorcycle and one Tamancha has been recovered
