The first bail application of the applicant, being Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 37861 of 2024, was rejected by this Court vide order dated 15.01.2025. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. The present bail application has been filed on behalf of applicant in Case Crime No. 198 of 2024, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 109, 115(2), 118(1), 352, 351(2), 351(3) of B.N.S, 2023, and 9/25 of the Arms Act, Police Station Kharkhauda, District Meerut with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail. In support of this second bail application, learned counsel for the applicant has reiterated the entire submissions made in the first bail application, which are not necessary to mention herein again by this Court.
