This criminal appeal has been preferred assailing the judgement and order dated 09.12.1983 passed by Special Additional Sessions Judge, Bulandshahar in Sessions Trial No. 580 of 1980 convicting appellants Ram Dutt and Ratan Lal under Section 302 IPC read with section 34 IPC to undergo imprisonment for life, appellant Rajinder and Mahavir under section 302/34 IPC and are sentenced to undergo imprisonment for life. Appellant Rajinder is further convicted under section 324 IPC and is sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for two years. All the sentences to run concurrently. 2.
