This appeal arises out of impugned judgment and order of conviction dated 25.1.2024 passed by the learned Session Judge, Hamirpur while deciding S.T. No.107 of 2006 (State vs. Bharat and others), arising out of Case Crime No.646 of 2005, under Sections 147, 302/149 & 201 I.P.C., Police Station-Rath, District Hamirpur and the maximum sentence awarded to him is life imprisonment for the offence under Section 302/149 I.P.C. 2. On the last date, we required learned A.G.A. to obtain instructions on 07.04.2025. That order reads as below:- "In re : Crl. Misc. Short Term Bail Application No. 02 of 2025. 1. Appellant-Ghassu is described to be suffering from terminal illness. 2. Shri Shiv Baboo, learned Brief Holder for the State prays for and is granted a week's time to obtain report from the jail authorities as to the medical condition of the appellant and the treatment being offered to him
