The present writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 11th September, 2024 passed by the Appellate Authority, District West in Appeal No. 01 & 02/ADM(W)/Elec./2024, with further prayer to quash the order of assessment dated 20th March, 2023, issued by respondent no. 1. 2.
