The present Appeal has been filed by the Appellant under Section 13 of the Commercial Courts Act, 2015 read with Section 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 challenging the Order dated 30.01.2025, passed by the learned District Judge (Commercial Division), Dwarka District Courts in OMP(COMM.) 21/2024.
