The present appeal has been filed by the appellant, challenging the Order dated 10.02.2025 passed by the learned Family Court-02, District South, Saket, New Delhi, in Guardianship Petition No. 18/2020 titled Ashish Dubey v. Sara Carriere Dubey. 2. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that she has filed the reply in terms of Order dated 13.02.2025, however, the same is not on record as it was returned under objection. 3. We have interacted with both the children ‘A’ aged around 15 years, and ‘K’ aged around 14 years, the appellant and the respondent. Both the children are mature, intelligent, responsible and understating. They both are doing schooling in the United Kingdom in pursuance of the Order dated 04.05.2023 passed by the learned Family Court.
