This is the second application under Section 439 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (hereinafter referred to as ‘Cr.P.C.’) and Section 21 of the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act, 1999 (hereinafter referred to as ‘MCOCA’) seeking regular bail in case FIR No. 0358/2020 under Sections 3(1)(i)/3(2)/3(4) of the MCOCA, registered at P.S. Kanjhawala, Delhi. 2. The first application on behalf of the applicant seeking bail before this Court was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 27.04.2022 in BAIL APPLN. 348/2022. 3. The aforesaid FIR was registered agai
