These cross appeals have been filed by the parties challenging the Order dated 21.10.2024 passed by the learned Principal Judge Family Court, North-East District, Karkardooma Court, Delhi in HMA No. 1111/2023, titled Sh. Arun Kumar v. Priya Upadhayay @ Khushi, allowing the application filed by the wife under Sections 24 and 26 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 with the direction to the 2.
