The present application has been preferred under Section 483 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as "BNSS"), seeking grant of Regular Bail in FIR No. 945/2023 (hereinafter referred to as “subject FIR”), registered at the Police Station D.B.G. Road, for offences punishable under Sections 392, 394 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereinafter referred to as, "IPC"). 2.
