The present application under Section 528 BNSS, has been filed for quashing the N.B.W. order dated 07.11.2024 passed by learned Special Judge (Gangster Act)/Additional District and Session Judge, Court No. 6, Gautam Budh Nagar in Case No. 33 of 2024 arising out of Case Crime no. 0257 of 2024 under section 2/3 of U.P. Gangsters and Anti Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, Police Station Ecotec IIIrd, District Gautam Budh Nagar. 3. Learned counsel for applicant submits that impugned order is against the facts and law. The applicant had no knowledge about the proceedings initiated against him due to which he could not appear on the date fixed by the trial Court, hence, non-bailable warrant was issued against the applicant. 4.
