This appeal under Section 37 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (for short 'the Act') is directed against the order dated 28.10.2024 passed by the Commercial Court, Prayagraj whereby the application filed by the appellants under Section 34 of the Act against the award dated 01.07.2020 has been partly allowed. 2. The appeal is barred by 73 days. An application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act has been filed seeking condonation of delay. 3. We have heard learned counsel for the appellants on merits of the appeal under Section 37 of the Act before issuing notice on Section 5 of the Limitation Act to the respondent.
