Writ Petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, 1950 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (hereinafter referred to as ‘CrPC’) for quashing of the Kalandra under Section 107/151 of CrPC, registered at Police Station Vasant Kunj (North) Delhi along with the proceedings emanating therefrom and to set aside the Order dated 15.04.2016, of the learned Special Executive Magistrate, South District, Vasant Vihar, Delhi. 2.
