The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (‘Cr.P.C.’) impugning the order dated 20.02.2018 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge (ASJ)/Special Judge, CBI-02, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi District in Criminal Revision No. 283/2017. By the impugned order, the Revisional Court dismissed the revision petition preferred by the Petitioner against the order dated 22.04.2017 passed by the Metropolitan Magistrate – 02, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi District (‘Trial Court’), whereby Complaint Case No. 43679/2016, filed by the Petitioner, was dismissed.
