Account, billing, and guide emails now send dependably from [email protected] and land in your inbox.

An email you never receive is worse than no email at all. Some users reported that verification links, billing receipts, and onboarding guide emails were arriving late, landing in spam, or not appearing at all. We have fixed the underlying sending setup so every category of Niyam email now reaches you reliably.

What changed

The problem was on our side. Our sending domain was not fully authenticated, which gave receiving mail providers reason to treat our messages with suspicion. Some delayed them; others filtered them to spam without any notice. The most visible symptoms were:
