In the suit fled by Respondent No. 1, the trial Court by order dated 29th April, 2015 restrained the present Petitioner / Original Defendant No. 3 from creating third party interest in the suit properties. The said order of the trial Court was challenged by the Petitioner / Original Defendant No. 3 in appeal.
