The delay is condoned on the condition that the appellants shall not be entitled for any interest for the period covered by the delay before the High Court, if any, and before this Court as well. 2. It is not in dispute that the lands belonging to the appellants are similarly situated as the lands covered by the order dated 17.12.2014 passed in Civil Appeal No.9910 of 2011 and other connected matters. 4.
